Shipping policy

COVID update 19  
Transportation: D Express is currently experiencing transportation delays due to global health events beyond our control.  
Your package may be under the supervision of a carrier who puts safety first.  
Once your order is shipped by our team, be sure to monitor your tracking details and if your order is delayed, contact the carrier for more details.  
Our customers and team remain our top priority.  
If there is any delay, we will continue to update our website.  
International Customers: We require all international customers to keep your own tracking information and receipts as we cannot track or monitor this information for you.  
This service will be provided by the postal service.  
To arrange time  
Our goal is if all orders are shipped by 2pm on the same day.  
Domestic orders: 1-3 days, if there are special circumstances (bad weather or too many orders) please allow delay of 1-2 days  
International orders: 5-7 days (according to the regulations of each country, the specific time of delivery shall be subject to the arrival time)  
Keep track of your orders  
Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number.  
Tariffs and taxes  
* Depending on where you ship, orders placed outside your home country may be subject to VAT, import duties and other charges levied by local customs authorities and/or Courier post companies.  
Please note that any VAT, import duty or other charges are incurred by your customs/government, not by it.
